About our company
HollandCore Projects is an international construction and project management company with Dutch roots and more than 20 years of experience. From our office in the Netherlands, we realize high-quality new construction, renovation and maintenance projects for both private and business clients. With a team of experienced engineers, project managers and craftsmen, we combine craftsmanship with structure, precision and clear communication.

At HollandCore Projects we deliver high-quality construction and project development services, based on more than 20 years of experience in the Netherlands, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. From residential renovations in Dutch cities to large-scale commercial projects in the Middle East: our approach is always well-considered, structured and focused on quality.
Our base is in the Netherlands, where we realized our first projects in the field of new construction, renovation, conversion and maintenance - both in the private and business sector. Dutch clients appreciate us not only for the end result, but especially for how we build: clear, structured and with attention to every detail.
From that solid foundation we have grown into an internationally operating party. Today we execute complex and valuable projects in Cairo, Tanta, El Gouna, the Northern coast of Egypt and throughout the United Arab Emirates. Some of our completed projects include:

Our strength to deliver worldwide comes from our team. HollandCore Projects is a Dutch BV, founded by three partners from the Netherlands, Egypt and the UAE, each with their own regional expertise and a shared vision: building based on trust, precision and craftsmanship.
Our team consists of experienced engineers, project managers and professionals. Together we take care of both the execution and the complete project management, so that our clients can count on certainty and quality - from concept to delivery.
